Creating Design Rough + Application
下記リンク先のラフ用画像を使用して、どのようなGRINを製作したいかを、アプリ等で描画してください。プリントして描いたものの写真でも大丈夫です。
描き込んだ画像はオーダーフォームの画像添付機能で、お申し込みと同時にお送りください。
Using the rough draft image from the link below, please draw how
you would like your GRIN to be designed using an app or similar
tool. It is also acceptable to print the image and draw on it, then
take a photo of the drawing. Attach the edited image using the image
attachment feature in the order form, and send it with your
application.

Creating dental models
模型の製作は歯科医院で行います。提携クリニック
ミミ デンタルクリニック（表参道）または、お近くの歯科医院にご相談ください。
The dental model should be made at a dental clinic. Please consult
with our partner clinic, MIMI DENTAL CLINIC (Omotesando), or your
local dental clinic.

[3] 模型の送付
Sending the dental model
提携クリニック以外で製作した歯型模型は下記

宛にお送りください。模型到着確認後、製作に入ります。
Please send dental models made at clinics other than our partner
clinics to the following address: Dita Co., Ltd., Attn: Sui
Sakagami. Production will begin once the model has been
received.

Design check
ご希望のデザインのサンプルをご確認いただき、問題がなければお支払いにお進みください。(メール又はInstagramのDMから支払いのURL又は振込先を送信致します。)お支払いが確認でき次第、最終仕上げに進みます。
Please review the sample of your desired design, and if there are no issues, proceed with the payment.(We will send the payment URL or bank transfer details via email or Instagram DM.) Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed to the final finishing.

完成品をご確認いただき、問題がなければ製品の発送となります。
After reviewing the completed product, if there are no issues, we will proceed with the shipment.
